Pilates with Brookelyn

Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness to support mindful movements.

I am a proud owner and instructor of Pilates with Brookelyn.

I began teaching mat Pilates in various gyms as I worked toward achieving my AAFA certification with a concentration in Pilates. During this time I became interested in learning and practicing Pilates through apparatus. As I gained two years of experience on the Reformer and Stability Chair at a local Pilates studio, I obtained my certification on the Reformer and Tower through Balanced Body University. I have since gained five more years of experience teaching for numerous Pilates studios and fitness facilities. Today I am a proud owner and instructor of Pilates with Brookelyn.

Call to schedule as space is limited. All private and duet sessions are scheduled based on client and instructor availability.

* All classes are 60 minutes
* 75-minute private sessions are available
* packages expire after one year

Because there is limited availability in both group and private sessions, I ask each client to provide a 24-hour notice if they must cancel their class.
